Seastainable Flatfish Village

We are a Portuguese brand, and certainly an Atlantic one.

Acuinova was born in 2006 to produce fish in aquaculture and today, as Flatlantic, we are the second largest producer of flatfish in Europe.

In our fishing village in Mira, we are navigating a new form of aquaculture production: more conscious and futuristic. We have won the trust of Portugal and Europe with the quality of our fish, which is raised efficiently and ethically with water from our Atlantic Ocean.

The future is Flat.

Our ambition is to become the market leader in Europe, reaching an annual production of 6,000 tonnes/year of turbot and more than 10,000 tonnes/year of sole in the next 10 years.

We are a Project of National Interest (PIN).
